Kale Chips

 

I finally caved and made something healthy.
I really do enjoy eating healthy, but I refuse to eat anything that doesn't taste good. After reading about how kale is sooo good for you, one of the top foods actually, I decided I needed to come up with a way to fix it up without adding it to soup. Don't get me wrong, kale soup is one of the best things ever created, but with all that chourico and stock, I figured there must be a healthier way to get my kale intake. 
These kale chips are actually pretty good. Honestly, I'm a salt lover so I definitely added a little extra salt. Feel free to add whatever other ingredients you wish! (Garlic maybe? Mmm).
